Inga Wilke- is a devoted yoga practitioner and teacher whose journey began with Pranayama in 1987 and evolved into a lifelong exploration of Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Therapy. She blends decades of study and experience to offer teachings rooted in tradition, self-mastery, and the healing power of practice.
